Jr NTR’s ‘Adhurs’ Set to Return to Theatres on November 18

Jr NTRs film "Adhurs" from 2010 is a movie thats hard to forget.

Its known for its two identical characters, Narasimha and Chari, which have become popular meme material on social media.

To celebrate Jr NTRs 23-year journey in the Tollywood film industry, the makers plan to re-release "Adhurs" on November 18, after initially planning for a release on March 4.In "Adhurs," Jr NTR stars alongside Nayanthara and Sheela Kaur.The film also features a talented cast including Sayaji Shinde, Nassar, and Tanikella Bharani.

The music for the movie was composed by Devi Sri Prasad, and it was directed by VV Vinayak, co-written by Kona Venkat, and produced by Vallabhaneni Vamsi Mohan.The film had a budget of ₹26 crore and managed to collect ₹28-30 crore at the box office.

The story revolves around twin siblings separated at birth.One is raised in a Brahmin family and becomes a priest, while the other grows up with his mother and becomes an undercover cop.The movie follows their mix-up and eventual reunion, forming the heart of the plot.Although "Adhurs" initially received mixed reviews, it gained popularity among Jr NTRs fans due to its engaging storyline and memorable characters.

The comedy and punchlines featuring Brahmanandam were particularly beloved by the audience.Looking ahead, Jr NTR is currently busy with the shooting of "Devara," a highly anticipated project directed by Siva Koratala.
