It is not Kakatiya Canal, but a death canal! MLA son found dead in Car

Even before the investigation has picked up in the case of a woman swept away by the canal waters, the police were shocked to find a car in the process.

The Kakatiya Canal near Alaganoor in Karimnagar district has earned the name ‘Death Canal’ after it became the epicentre of deaths recently.

In an incident that took place on Monday, couple swept away by the waters after their bike lost the balance and fell in the Kakatiya Canal.The husband managed to rescue himself, whilst his wife was missing.

In an attempt to find her body, the police stopped the water flow into SRSP (Sri Ram Sagar Project) and searched the waters.To their utter shock, they found a car with three dead bodies in the Kakatiya Canal.

Another shocking development came after they identified it was the corpse of Dasari Manohar Reddy’s (TRS MLA) kin, Nareddy Satya Narayana Reddy.The other two bodies were of his wife, Radha, and their daughter Vinayasri.
