IPL 2020: Team Chahal beats Team Kohli

Yuzvendra Chahal’s team beats Virat Kohli’s team in an RCB Intra Squad Practice Match.

To keep the players intact, RCB franchise has organised an Intra-Squad Practice Match just four days before the IPL 2020.

In the match, Chahals team has beaten Kohli’s team with the scores are unknown.Chahals team has stalwarts like AB de Villiers, Umesh Yadav, Devdutt Padikkal, and left-arm spinner Shahbaz Ahmed.

Kohlis team had the likes of Dale Steyn, Washington Sundar, Parthiv Patel, and Mohammed Siraj.The director of cricket of RCB, Mike Hesson, has said that the team wanted RCB bowlers to bowl left and right-handers equally.

Also, it makes them analyse the chances of partnerships through the order.Further, the team wanted Yuzi to be a part of their leadership group.

The intension is to bring the difference in the spin bowling department, said Hesson explaining the reason for making Yuzi as the captain against Virat.From Yuzi’s side, AB De Villiers opened the batting with Devdutt Padikkal, and as usual, he made a quick 43 in 33 balls.

Washington Sundar took 2 for 11 in 4 overs while Shahbaz Ahmed grabbed 3/13 from Kohli’s team.In their first match in IPL 2020, RCB takes on Sunrisers Hyderabad on September 21.
