Huzurabad by-poll: Telangana BJP Chief Bandi Sanjay holds press conference

The suspense over the Huzurabad by-poll counting process continues in the state.So far, the Huzurabad by-election results are in favour of the BJP.

The BJP has secured an immense majority over TRS in the five rounds announced so far.BJP candidate Etela Rajender has a lead of 2169 votes over TRS candidate Gellu Srinivas Yadav.Speaking to the media, Telangana BJP chief Bandi Sanjay expressed confidence that BJP wins the Huzurabad Assembly seat with an immense majority.

Bandi Sanjay commented that the people of the Huzurabad constituency had given an overwhelming answer to Chief Minister KCR, who thought of winning the Huzurabad by-poll with money and power."People voted to suppress KCRs arrogance," said Bandi Sanjay.

He said that people completely lost trust in KCR.As Etela Rajender was sacked from the TRS cabinet under land grabbing allegations, he resigned from the MLA post on June 4.Later, he joined the BJP.With this, the by-poll became inevitable in the Huzurabad constituency.Since round 1, BJP has continued to stay ahead of TRS with an immense majority.

By the end of round 6, BJP gained a 2,000 vote majority.
