Gudivada Casino: TDP leaders complain to ED over casino affair!

The Gudivada casino affair has reached Delhi.TDP leaders have complained to the ED that crores of rupees were being illegally bet on by operating an illegal casino in Gudivada.

On Tuesday, TDP leaders Rammohan Naidu and Alappuzha Rajendra Prasad lodged a joint complaint with the ED director seeking action in the matter.Later, MP Rammohan Naidu said that during the Sankranti festival, a casino was illegally set up in the function hall of Minister Kodali Nani in Krishnajilla Gudivada.

He said the TDP Verification Committee had collected evidence on the casino affair and prepared a report, which was submitted to the ED today.The entire complaint alleges that the casino operated with betting, drugs, liquor and illicit goods worth Rs 500 crore.

Alappuzha Rajendra Prasad said that he had asked the ED to take action on the management of the casino.Rajendra Prasad said that a minister himself had run a casino in his own land.

TDP and BJP leaders who went for verification were stopped by YCP goons and police.The TDP leaders alleged that the state police, who were supposed to take action, were also wearing the YCP scarf and paying homage to the culprits.

TDP leaders said they hoped a tough action would be taken on the casino affair.
