CM KCR press note criticizing the Central Government!

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao said that the BJP government at the Center was an anti-green government and did not seem to be able to sustain the countrys peasantry.

In stark contrast, it has been criticized for doubling agricultural investment expenditure.He said that there were situations where the countrys agriculture could not sustain agriculture unless the plows were lifted upside down.

After writing a letter to Prime Minister Modi on Wednesday on the issue of farmers, the CM issued a press release with a response on those issues."There is a conspiracy behind the central governments pressure to put meters on farm motors, to block the decision to link the employment guarantee scheme to agriculture, to drastically increase fertilizer prices, and to mislead farmers into not even buying the grain they harvest.

" These are conspiracies to turn farmers into laborers on their farms.The BJP, which is conspiring to weaken the rural agriculture sector and allied occupations, fragment the rural economy and tie agriculture to corporate powers, should be overthrown by the people together, said CM KCR.KCR was incensed that the BJP government at the Center was lifting decades-old fertilizer subsidies and misleading farmers into not farming.Awareness was expressed that the conditions were such that the countrys peasantry could not sustain agriculture unless the plows were lifted and turned.

He called on the people to stand firm till the BJP government comes to its senses.He clarified that if the Center does not reduce the increased fertilizer prices immediately, there will be concern across the state and across the country.

He urged the farmers to understand the conspiracies of the Center and come together in a protracted struggle till the Center reduces prices.
