CM Jagan postpones Vizag capital city deadline to September!

The ruling YSRCP in Andhra Pradesh has been pushing for the idea of promoting the shore city Vizag as the executive capital.

After coming to power, the party came up with the idea of having three capitals for the decentralization of development.

Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy wants to function from Vizag at the earliest.Now the proposal saw a big development as the Chief Minister gave a new date on functioning from the city.

Jagan said that he will be shifting to Vizag in September along with his family.Till recently, it was July and now, it has been shifted to September.

The Chief Minister said this addressing the gathering in Srikakulam.His comments are seen as a big development.

During his visit, Jagan laid the foundation stone for Greenfield Port.“I will start my operations from Visakhapatnam as part of decentralisation of administration.

The people of the state have accepted Vizag as the administrative capital.My objective is to see that all parts of the state would be developed equally in order to remove regional disparities,” Jagan said.

Of late, YSRCP is trying its best to push Vizag as the Executive Capital of the state.Ahead of the Global Summit, Jagan urged business tycoons, industrialists, and investors to come to Vizag as it is the capital of the state.

The Summit saw big names coming to the city.CM Jagans comments grabbed everyones attention as the elections are just one year away.

The major parties in the state are giving their best in drawing strategies to win the elections.Going for three capitals is the main idea of the YSRCP so that voters from three regions will support them.

Even if voters in the Amaravati region shock the YCP, the party can get a bigger advantage in the other regions.The other thing is that Vizag is already developed and it doesnt need bigger funds to make the facilities and infrastructure better there.
