There is an ongoing protest in Andhra Pradesh by the unemployed youth and the student unions since the AP govt released the job calendar.
The unemployed youth are dissatisfied with the job calendar released by AP CM Jagan.
Today, tensions escalated at the residence of CM Jagan in Tadepalli in protest of the job calendar released by the Andhra Pradesh government.The students of TDP affiliates, unemployed youth and various student unions raised concerns over the recently released job calendar.
Despite the police denying permission for the Chalo Tadepalli protest, unemployed youth are reaching Tadepalli on a large scale and are staging the protest.An altercation erupted between the police and the protestors as the police blocked the protestors at the old Tolgate Chaursta.
Against this backdrop, police arrested many protestors and shifted them to the police stations.Nearly 1,000 policemen along with three SPs and DSPs were deployed on the way to the Chief Ministers residence.
The students from various parts of AP arrived at Tadepalli even though the police were taking strict actions against them.Police are using drone cameras to identify those coming to the Guntur district.
On the other hand, students are incensed as the job calendar has fewer jobs.
