Big twist in CM Jagan’s CBI cases !!

The CBI court judge expressed impatience over the non-appearance of Andhra Pradesh Cheif Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in the CBI court to hear the inappropriate assets cases.

CBI court judge asked Jagans lawyer the reason for CM Jagans absence in the court for hearings.

Responding to this, Jagans lawyer told the court that he had filed a petition in the high court seeking an exemption from appearing before the court.Jagans lawyer said in the court that, in the wake of this petition, CM Jagan is not appearing for the hearing.

Whenever Jagan has to attend a trial in the inappropriate assets case, he is escaping the hearing.The CBI court judge recently expressed impatience over this as he did not even attend the recent hearing.

With this, the CBI court questioned Jagans lawyer why CM Jagan is not attending the trial.The lawyer for Jagan said that the High Court was yet to announce its verdict on the exemption petition of YS Jagan.

The CBI court directed Jagan to file a memo with all the details.Against this backdrop, Jagan submitted a memo with all the relevant details.
