The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Friday has ordered that Lokesh not to be arrested till the 4th of next month in the skill development case.
An interim order has been issued to this effect.
The Andhra Pradesh High Court, which heard the plea of TDP National General Secretary Nara Lokeshs petition seeking anticipatory bail in the AP Skill Development and Fibernet cases had issued the orders and adjouned the verdict to next Wednesday.On the other hand, the High Court has adjourned the hearing of Chandrababu Naidus anticipatory bail petition to October 4.Additionally, Lokeshs anticipatory bail petition in the fibergrid case has also been adjourned to the same date.Officials from the Andhra Pradesh Criminal Investigation Department (CID) are in Delhi in search of the TDP leader and son of Chandrababu Naidu, Nara Lokesh.
The CID is in Delhi to serve notices to Nara Lokesh in the alleged Amaravati Ring Road Scam.This comes after the Andhra Pradesh High Court instructed Lokesh to accept the notices and cooperate with the investigation.
CID officials have registered an FIR against Nara Lokesh in the scam.Nara Lokeshs legal team had filed an anticipatory bail petition in the Andhra High Court before the 41A notice but the court dismissed the bail petition and instructed Nara Lokesh to cooperate with CID officials in the case.
