Akshay Kumar has always been touted as one of the fittest actors in Bollywood and there are no doubts about it.The ‘Khiladi’ actor has been a fitness icon for the youth and is always seen giving out major health goals to all the other star actors.However, the latest news that made the headlines today is that Akshay has been tested positive for novel coronavirus.
Taking to his Instagram, he confirmed the news that he has tested positive for COVID-19 and will be under home quarantine till he recovers.
Akshay Kumar has immediately isolated himself and has been taking the necessary measures.He also informed in the note that he has taken the advice of medical health experts and hopes to be back in action very soon.
“I wish to inform everyone that, earlier this morning, I have tested positive for COVID-19.Following all the protocols I have immediately isolated myself.
I’m under home quarantine and have sought necessary medical care.I would sincerely request all those that have come in contact with me to get themselves tested and take care.
Back in action very soon,” said the note posted by the 53-year-old actor.
Akshay Kumar is the busiest actor in Bollywood at present with almost more than 6 films under his belt.
He already wrapped up the shoot of his next spy thriller ‘Bell Bottom’ and also completed Dhanush’s ‘Atrangi Re’ which also stars Sara Ali Khan.Recently, the actor was shooting for his film ‘Ram Setu’ along with Nushrratt Bharuccha and Jacqueline Fernandez.Keep watching this space for more updates!
