Mumbai 11 Aug : Music composer and vocalist Shashwat Sachdev who has contributed his music for films such as “Uri,” “Attack,” and ‘Phillauri’, as well as the ‘Veere Di wedding’, released his latest single, called ‘Awaara Ho’ Thursday. The moody and emotive track falls in the popular and emerging indie-rock genre. The song, which was written composed, composed, and performed by Shashwat himself, speaks about the cyclical nature of relationships and the way in which the way we express of love changes with time.
Speaking about his debut track Shashwat stated in a statement “I love making music that I like to hear myself.
Pop music that is good should be simple, yet still be able to encompass enormously complex emotions and things. That was the intention I had with my music that I created on my own Aawara Ho with IndieA Records.”
The music video of the song falls in the same line with its subject matter. It’s a stunningly designed single-shot of two couples living in the same space while the camera discreetly captures them as they go about their day-to-day lives.
Sharing his vision of Indie music, the musician said, “Indie music to my mind is POP Music, independent of Pop and film templates. It gives me the chance to explore the outside trends of film and performance-related expectations.
My music has been an amazing and satisfying journey. The adventure of OUR music starts.”
“Awaara Ho” was released under the new music label IndieA Records and is available to stream on YouTube.
