Mumbai, December 13, 2013 : .After ‘Lehia Do’, the producers of ’83 have released the second track ‘Bigadne De’ from their album.Pritam composed the song and Benny Dayal crooned it.Ranveer Singh is featured in this Kabir Khan movie along with the entire 1983 World Cup winning team.
Bigadne De, an inspirational song that takes to the sky like the team’s newfound confidence, is a great way to get into the rhythm.The song takes listeners through Team India’s preparation and fun behind the scenes before the team sets out to make history.
In terms of uptempo and synthesized sounds, the track reminds some of “Tu Chaahiye” from “Bajrangi Bhaijaan”, which is also a Kabir Khan directedorial.
While Ranveer Singh will be seen stepping into the shoes of Kapil Dev, the film also stars Ammy Virk, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Jiiva, Saqib Saleem, Chirag Patil, Dinker Sharma, Harrdy Sandhu, Nishant Dahiya, Sahil Khattar, Addinath Kothare, Jatin Sarna, Dhairya Karwa, R Badree and Pankaj Tripathi.
Deepika Padukone will be seen playing Romi, Kapil Dev’s wife.
The film, directed by Kabir Khan, produced by Deepika Padukone, Kabir Khan, Vishnu Vardhan Induri, Sajid Nadiadwala, Sheetal Vinod Talwar, Reliance Entertainment and 83 Film Ltd, ’83’ is slated for December 24 release in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
