New Delhi, Nov 14, : , A Delhi Police official announced on Sunday that a person was arrested by the Economic Offences Wing in connection to selling Trust property in Chandni Chowk, in Delhi.
A police officer said that Mukesh Tulsian, 59, has been arrested for selling the Tulsian Dharmshala Trust in Chandni Chowk area at Rs 35 lakh.

According to a police officer, Mukesh Tulsian (59) was arrested for selling the Tulsian Dharmshala Trust, Chandni Chowk at Rs 35 lakh.However, the market price of the property has been estimated to be approximately Rs 15 crore.

The property’s market value has been determined to be Rs 15 crore.

Delhi Police said ‘Tulsian Dharmshala Trust’ was founded by Late Jamna Dass along with and 5 trustees including accused Manoj Tulsian’s father Lt.Radhe Shyam.Delhi Police stated that ‘Tulsian Dharmshala Trust was founded by Late Jamna Dass and five trustees, including Manoj Tulsian’s father, Lt.Radhe Shiyam.

Later, Radhey Shyam became the managing trustee of the Trust.

Radhey Shyam was later appointed as the Trust’s managing trustee.After death, his wife Pushpa Devi was appointed for the position.

His wife Pushpa Devi was named for the post after his death.And later, accused Manoj Tulsian became the managing trustee in the Trust.

Later, Manoj Tulsian was appointed as the Trust’s managing trustee.

Contrary to the Trust’s provision that no property of the Trust can be handed over to anyone, the accused impersonated himself as the grandson of late Jamna Dass, founder of Trust, and sold the property at Rs 35 lakh, the police said.

The Trust stipulates that no Trust property can be given to anyone.However, the accused posed as Jamna Dass’ grandson and sold the property for Rs 35 lakh.

Police said that a case was registered in this regard on the complaint of one Sharwan Agarwal on May 25.According to police, a case had been opened in this matter on the May 25th complaint by Sharwan Agarwal.

Agarwal in his complaint said that Manoj Tulsian has sold 15 properties belonging to trust by impersonating himself as the sole owner and legal heir of Late Jamna Dass, the founder of the trust, for Rs 35 lakh.In his complaint, Agarwal stated that Manoj Tulsian sold 15 properties to trust by pretending to be Late Jamna Dass’ sole owner and legal inheritor.

During the investigation, police found that the accused person was absconding from three months.Police discovered that the suspect was missing for three months.

However, police managed to apprehend Tulsian from Shalimar Bagh.Tulsian was captured by police from Shalimar Bagh.

He was arrested during the interrogation, said police.According to police, he was taken into custody during interrogation.
