Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy has decided to set up specialized hospitals for cancer treatment in three parts of Andhra Pradesh also he decided to make one of them fully equipped, said Padma Shri Dr Nori Dattatreyudu, a world-renowned oncologist.Recently, he had a meeting with Chief Minister Jagan at the CM’s camp office in Thadepalli.
They have discussed various issues such as public health, especially cancer prevention, treatments, and modern approaches.
On this occasion, the CM asked Dr Nori Dattatreyudu to be a government advisor to provide appropriate support for cancer treatment.
After the meeting, speaking to the media, Dr Nori Dattatreyudu revealed the details of the meeting.
Speaking on this occasion, Dr Nori Dattatreyudu said that CM Jagan has decided to set up hospitals for cancer treatment in three parts of the state and would make one of them fully equipped.
CM Jagan aims to bring cancer treatment available to people within AP without the need to travel to other states.
The Chief Minister plans to bring cancer treatment available in various medical colleges and district hospitals.
The Chief Minister’s goal is to make treatments available to all cancer patients.
