The arguments on Jagan’s bail revocation petition filed by MP Raghurama Krishnamaraju were heard by the CBI court in July.

However, since then, the CBI court has reserved its judgment.

In the petition filed against AP CM YS Jagan in the first week of April, MP Raghurama alleged that Jagan was violating bail conditions by using his powers as chief minister.

In the petition, he asked the CBI court to revoke Jagan’s bail and expedite the hearing process in the cases against Jagan.

MP Raghurama brought to the notice of the CBI court that Jagan was giving dummies instead of appearing in court, citing various reasons.

After hearing the arguments, the court adjourned the case to September 15.
