Rashmika Mandanna Spills Beans On Her Bollywood Film

Rashmika Mandanna proved to be one of the most talented, versatile, and stunning actresses of the South Indian film industry who is now all set to make her mark in Bollywood where she is starring opposite Siddharth Malhotra in a film titled ‘Mission Majnu’ This film is a spy-thriller that revolves around a dangerous Raw operation in Pakistan.

The film will be directed by Shantanu Bagchi, marking his directorial debut.

The movie is likely to feature some huge action scenes and a few twists.This Dear Comrade actress made her first debut in the Kannada film Kirik Party in 2017 which was later remade in Telugu and then attained success by starring in Telugu films such as Chalo and Sarileru Neekevvaru.

She also acted alongside Arjun Reddy actor Vijay Deverakonda in Geetha Govindam, which emerged as a runaway hit at the box office.

Regarding Mission Majnu, this actress stated in an interview that she signed this project during the lockdown and was narrated the script through zoom calls.She said "It feels like it happened in the blink of an eye.The team reached out to me and over the lockdown, we had zoom call narrations.Listening to the story and reading the script, somehow got me really attached to the characters.

I was in love with everything about this film.And things just fell into place.

" This actress seems to be excited to work along with Siddharth and also said, "Im looking forward to seeing what Shantanu Bagchi sir has to show all of you.And I’m of course very excited to be sharing the screen with Sid.I’d like to thank RSVP Movies and Guilty By Association Media for having me on board as I’ve always admired the stories they’ve chosen to tell," Mission Majnu is scheduled to go on floors in February 2021.On the other hand, this star who won the award for ‘India’s Crush of the Year’ has had a busy year with a Sankranthi release of Sarileru Neekevvaru followed by Bheeshma which did well at the box office.

She currently is shooting for Pushpa with co-star Allu Arjun that features her in the role of a government servant and revolves around the smuggling mafia which is directed by Sukumar.Moreover, she also will be starring in a Kannada film ‘Pogaru’ along with Dhruva Sarja.
