An MP of Norway nominates U.S.President Donald Trump for the 2021 Nobel Peace Prize.
According to American media, a member of the Norwegian Parliament, Christian Tybring-Gjedde nominated US President Donald Trump for 2021 Noble Peace Prize.
He has done it for the initiative taken by Trump for brokering a deal between enemies Israel and UAE.
In 2018 also, Christian had submitted the nomination for Trump, but the jury did not consider his nomination at that time.Christian said he is not a big supporter of Trump, but considering Trump’s initiatives to maintain peace between the rival nations, he is worthy of a nomination.However, when certain media went to clarify the news, the Nobel Peace award Committee has passed a no-comment.
One more reason which Christian stated for nominating Trump as 2021 Nobel Peace awardee is that, Trump expressed interest in solving issues like Kashmir dispute between India and Pakistan.In the past, Trump said, he was ready for the mediation between India and Pakistan to solve the Kashmir issue.
The news has arrived just ahead of the American presidential elections due in November this year.Previously, former US President Barack Obama has won the Nobel Peace award for his contribution to world peace.
