Why producer Suresh Babu only works with flop directors?

Nepotism has been a synonym with Telugu film industry.

It is an open fact that the Fab-4 in Tollywood rule the film industry to a great extent.

Though many are against the on-going nepotism in the film industry, hardly anyone is against the Daggubati family.Suresh Productions, previously helmed (late) Daggubati Ramanaidu and now by Suresh Babu that introduced many prominent faces in Tollywood, along with the likes of Venkatesh and Rana.

One thing that is common in both Ramanaidu and Suresh Babu is, they worked with upcoming, and those directors who had a setback with their previous film.Reportedly, Suresh Babu revealed the reason behind this.

‘Suresh Babu said, if we work with a director who is in good form, he tends to demand huge, and budgetary issues can crop up.Whereas, if the director is trying to make a comeback, he will be more responsible, and is desperate to prove himself.That is when the best of him comes out’, according to one of the close aides of the star producer.

For instance, Srikanth Addala who vanished after the disaster ‘Brahmotsavam’ has been given a chance to direct Asuran remake with Venkatesh.Similarly, Sudheer Varma who had a horrible run with Rangasthalam is currently directing ‘Midnight Runners’ remake (Korean Movie) under Suresh Productions.
