The Bombay High Court took record Thursday additional documents from Nawab Malik, Maharashtra Minister, and Dnyandev Wakhede, the father of Sameer Wankhede Narcotics Control Bureau Zonal Director Sameer.
This was in response to a defamation lawsuit filed by the formerJustice M.Jamdar stated that he would issue an interim plea by Wankhede to stop Malik making defamatory statements about the family until the disposition of his Rs.1.25 crore defamation case -- which he did on Monday, November 22nd.Malik claims Sameer Wankhede, in a string of exposés over the last six weeks has alleged that he submitted a false caste certificate in order to obtain a UPSC job as an IRS officer under a reserved category.
Malik showed the alleged school leave certificates, despite the Wankhedes denying the claims.It shows Sameer Dawood Wankhedes name and religion as Muslim.
Kranti RedkarWankhede, Krantis wife, countered by publishing a series of purported SLCs that contained "corrections".These corrections were posted after three years.
Arshad Shaikh, Wankhede’s attorney has filed 28 records to the court.These documents include a caste certificate from 1974 and passport.Malik challenged the NCB officials claims.
