The government has reportedly allocated about Rs 200 crore for the arrangements.
Reportedly, the government has allocated nearly Rs 200 crore for the laying of roads, construction of ghats and other improvements in the existing infrastructure at many places.Recently, the officials have disclosed that all the Pushkar ghats related to the Tungabhadra Pushkarams complete by November 13.The religious event will begin on November 20.Chief Minister Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy has shown keen interest in the ongoing process and ordered the officials to complete the arrangements with utmost care.Reportedly, the CM has discussed on various events including the establishment of a media centre, e-ticketing, a website and a central command control centre.
Also, COVID-19 testing centres and medical camps should be established at all key centres with an adequate number of doctors and medical staff, ordered the Chief Minister.Upon the orders, the Kurnool Irrigation Superintending Engineer P.Sree Ramachandra Murthy is inspecting the construction work at all the ghats.
