Thiagarajan Replaces JJ Fredrick As Director For ‘Andhadhun’ Tamil Remake

It is a known fact that Tamil actor Prashanth is acting in the Tamil remake of Bollywoods super hit film Andhadhun that was directed by Sriram Raghava.

Titled as Andhagan in Tamil, the film will have Prashanth reprising the role played by Ayushmann Khurrana while Simran will be reprising the role played by Tabu in the original.

Andhagan was initially supposed to be directed by JJ.Fredrick who made his debut in Tamil cinema with the Jyotika starrer Ponmagal Vandhal which released on OTT during the lockdown.

Now the latest update is that Prashanths father, Thiagarajan has taken over the direction of this film from director JJ Fredrick.Sharing this news, JJ Fredrick wrote, “This is to inform you all that I’m not directing the film, Andhagan, and good luck to the team.
