Shraddha Kapoor to star in Hindi Remake of Amala Paul’s Aadai?

If the industry grapevine is anything to go by, actress Shraddha Kapoor may star in the Hindi remake of Tamil thriller Aadai, which starred Amala Paul in the titular character.

Aadai hit the screens on July 19, 2019, and went on to garner good response from the audience as well as critics.

Amala Pauls character of a bold and free-spirited girl was one of the highlights of the film.Now, there are speculations that Shraddha Kapoor has been approached to play the lead in the Hindi remake of the film and an official announcement is likely to be made in a months time.

We hear that the Hindi remake of the film will also be directed by Rathna Kumar, who made the original.A source close to the director told IndiaToday.in, "Producer Arun Pandian, who holds the remake rights of the film, has sold it to a popular production house in Mumbai.

They have initiated talks with Shraddha Kapoor and she has expressed interest to be a part of the project as well.However, nothing has been finalized yet." However, Shraddha Kapoors team remained unavailable for comment.
