Shruti Haasan’s Role Revealed In ‘Salaar’

Theres no denying the fact that Prabhas and Prashanth Neels upcoming film Salaar is one of the most awaited films of the year.

We have already reported that star heroine Shruti Haasan who recently scored two huge blockbusters with Krack and Vakeel Saab has been finalized as the female lead opposite Prabhas in this highly-anticipated gangster drama.

Now the latest news is that Shruti Haasan will be playing the role of a political journalist for director Prashanth Neel’s ‘Salaar’.Reports suggest that her role is believed to be based on a famous TV journalist and her character will have a huge impact on the movie.

Another interesting news is that she will be covering the gangster story of Prabhas in this high voltage action entertainer.The film has already wrapped up two schedules and this will be director Prashanth Neels straight debut in Tollywood.

‘Salaar’ is produced by Vijay Kiragandur under Hombale Films banner.Shot in Kannada and Telugu languages, the film will also be dubbed in Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam.
