It is a known fact that Punjabi girl Rakul Preet Singh is a fitness freak and she practices yoga, meditation on a regular basis.

She was in the news recently for her T-shirt challenge and she also regularly posts pictures from her gym on her social media accounts.

Rakul Preet also runs a chain of gyms in Hyderabad and promotes fitness.Recently this ravishing beauty has been spotted meditating and she posted the click on her official Instagram account.

She looked fit and stunning in the yoga outfits.She sat in a Half Lotus Pose (Artha Padmasana), an easier version of Padmasana, and posted the same on social media with a message: "Quiet the mind and the soul will speak #meditation is connecting with your inner universe! GOOD MORNING.” On the work front, Rakul is currently shooting for Krish’s next film that features Vaishnav Tej in the lead role.

She also has Chandra Sekhar Yeletis Check with Nithiin, Shankars Bharateeyudu 2 with Kamal Hassan and is also in talks for Naga Chaitanya’s next film with Vikram Kumar titled Thank You.
