Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy has suggested the people of AP be vigilant in the wake of the risk of the third wave of the coronavirus.
Speaking on this occasion, CM Jagan asked the authorities to be vigilant for the next two months as there is a chance of the third wave of coronavirus.
AP CM YS Jagan held a review meeting on covid severity in Andhra Pradesh at Tadepalli on Monday.During the meeting, he made several suggestions to the concerned authorities.
The CM said that the fever survey for every house should continue for the next to months.The Chief Minister suggested that corona tests be conducted for those with fever symptoms.
He advised the officers to do only RTPCR tests as they gave accurate results faster earlier.On this occasion, CM Jagan urged authorities to give utmost importance to the pregnant women and teachers above the age of 45 years during vaccination.
He ordered the concerned authorities to make sure that people abide by the covid protocols.He said that large crowds should not be allowed to gather.
Also, Jagan ordered to enforce corona rules in religious activities too.
