Covid-19 effect: Sons abandon mother in Telangana

In Warangal, four sons desert their mother after she tests positive for Coronavirus.

While a few are bringing their hidden humanity to serve the people, some are abandoning their relations to escape from the contagious virus.One such incident happened in Warangal of Telangana state.

Reportedly, four sons who belong to Peechara village in Warangal have abandoned their 82-year-old mother, Lacchamma, at a well in a field couple of days ago.Locals say she had been living at a waterhole grieving, till her daughter has arrived.Last week, the old woman unexpectedly developed the symptoms of coronavirus, and after testing, she found positive for Covid-19.

As soon as the sons knew the news, they had left her in a field.When the news reached the old woman’s daughter, she immediately reached the village to take care of her.The villagers are furious over the sons as it may trigger great panic among the other villagers.
