Civil Unrest in India in 2020! 75 Countries under threat!

As predicted by UK Consultancy Maplecroft, civil unrests shook the foundation pillar of Yemen.In its 2019 index, the consultancy firm listed Hong Kong and Chile as the nations with the most affected due to civil unrest.

Surprisingly, the world has witnessed the same.With people coming on to the streets in both the nations, the governments had inclined to use brute to control them.

Similarly, the 2019 report claimed that Yemen would be the most affected, and it happened rightly so.Now, in its latest publication, the 2020 index has pointed towards 75 countries, against 47 countries last year.According to Maplecroft, civilians in Russia, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Thailand, Brazil, and China will protest against the military counterinsurgency.

The report also confirmed the uprising civil unrest in India in 2020.We are currently witnessing civil unrest in India, given the protests against the Central government over the CAA and the NRC, Citizenship Amendment Act 2019 and the National Register of Citizens.

Post the implementation of NRC in Assam, a political fight among BJP and other opposition parties has been seen.
