The Hyderabad special court made it clear to the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy and other accused that they should get ready for arguments on the charges in the charge sheets filed by CBI in the inappropriate cases against CM Jagan.Several accused have filed discharge petitions seeking removal of their names from the charge sheets filed by the CBI.
CBI special court judge BR Madhusudan Rao said that the accused should get ready for the arguments for the discharge petitions.In this context, the court adjourned the next hearing to August 3.The CBI court issued orders to the lawyers of Jagan, Vijayasaireddy, Aurobindo MD Nithyananda Reddy, Trident Life Sciences MD Sarathchandra Reddy, several IAS officers, accused in Lepakshi Knowledge cases, CM YS Jagan, Vijayasaireddy, YV Subbareddy, former ministers J.Geeta Reddy, Dharmana Prasada Rao, MLA VV Krishnaprasad and others.On the other hand, recently, the hearing of a case filed by MP Raghuram Krishnaraja seeking revocation of AP CM Jaganmohan Reddys bail adjourned.
The CBI had sought an adjournment as the CBI counsel arguing the case could not appear due to ill health.The special court adjourned the case till July 30.
