Laxmmi Bomb is an upcoming horror-comedy Hindi movie in which Akshay Kumar is playing the lead role where he will play the role of a transgender.

Laxmmi Bomb is the official remake of Tamil super hit horror film Kanchana and it has been directed by Raghava Lawrence, who also helmed and acted in the lead role in the original.

The film has Kiara Advani as the leading lady.The trailer of Laxmmi Bomb was released recently on Friday and has become the most viewed trailer in India in 24 hours with over 70 million views in all the platforms.

But it looks like Akshay Kumar is facing the ire of late Bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput fans who are trending the #BoycottLaxmmiBomb hashtag on Twitter.The reason behind Sushant’s fans calling for the film’s boycott is Akshay Kumar not extending his support for their fight for justice for Sushant.

Also, the emotional video released by Akshay Kumar earlier this week has been dubbed as a promotional stunt and Akshay is being called a ‘fake nationalist’ by the angry fans of Sushant.Even both Fox Star Hindi and Disney Plus Hotstar youtube channels have hidden their like and dislike counts due to this issue as the fans showed the same reaction for films like Sadak 2 and Kaali Peeli.
