AP High Court adjourns Kodi Kathi case trial for six weeks

The Kodi Katthi case has seen a new development, with the Andhra Pradesh High Court ordering a pause in the trial proceedings at the Visakhapatnam NIA court.

This interim ruling suspends the trial for a duration of 8 weeks.

Furthermore, the High Courts hearing on CM YS Jagans petition in the Kodi Katthi case has been rescheduled for six weeks later. Its important to note that Jagan had filed a petition, urging a thorough investigation into the Kodi Katthi case.

Before the 2019 elections, CM Jagan had approached the NIA court concerning the knife attack he faced at Visakha airport.Following a petition for a comprehensive inquiry, Chief Minister YS Jagan moved the High Court to challenge the NIA courts decision after the initial plea was dismissed on July 25.The petition primarily emphasized that the NIA had filed the charge sheet without taking all relevant aspects of the case into account. It also pointed out that the accused, Srinivasa Rao, had a prior criminal record, yet he was employed as the canteen manager at the airport without proper scrutiny.

నేడు బాబు .. రేపు జగన్ ! పేలుడు ఘటన బాధితులకు పరామర్శ ...

The petition called for a more extensive investigation to uncover any potential conspiracy elements in the case.
