Gurugram Shooting: Twelve people arrested in the murder of an ex-sarpanchkin

Gurugram, Nov 20, : Gurugram Police on Saturday announced that they had solved the case of the murder of several family members of the former Sarpanch Kasan Village in Gurugram.

Four of the four victims were later declared dead from their injuries.These were Praveen (38) Praveen (38) Sohanpal (35) Balram (44) Yogender, alias Rinku, is still being held.

Police have recovered from them one Maruti Eco vehicle, four mobiles, a keypad, two country-made pistols and 1 pistol.They also took 7 cartridges, five used bullets and one motorcycle.

They were identified as Tarun Kumar, alias Cheenu Of Panipat and Amit Singh of Kaithal.The duo was taken into custody on November 10, from Kasan.

Subhash, David and Gopal, both residents of Kasan village, Jaipur, were taken into custody on 12/11 from Manesar.According to police, Subhash Yogenders father and two others were involved in the plot.

On November 13, the three Kasan juveniles were taken into custody.They had inspected the house of the victim and given information to the criminals.

Following a tip-off, Abhishek Saroha alias RC alias Tara Bawana alias Rohit Of Bawana; Sanjeev alias Sanju alias Babaof Rohtak, Sahil alias Bheema, and Vikas alias Sonipat were all arrested Saturday at the KMP expressway, Farrukhnagar.The accused confessed that they executed the crime with the assistance of Kaithal District officials.

All arrangements were handled by Amit, a close relative of the chief accused Yogender.Preet Pal Sangwan (ACP) stated that Abhishek was a fearsome criminal.

He was implicated in more than a dozen murder, attempted murder, and loot cases which he committed in Delhi and Sonipat.Also, in Jhajjar, Bahadurgarh, Bahadurgarh, and Jhajjar.

On the orders of Yogender, he and his gang had carried out the Kasan murders." Police discovered that the attackers had plotted the attack in revenge for Yogenders brother Manoj’s 2007 murder.
