The Sixth Additional Munsif magistrates Court in Guntur has remanded YCP rebel MP Raghurama Krishnamaraju till May 28.
The court had earlier ordered that Raghurama be shifted to a hospital for medical tests.
Initially, the court directed the CBI officials to take him to Guntur Government Hospital.But Raghrama refused.
Hence he was shifted to the Ramesh hospitals.The CID court also allowed Raghuram Krishnan Raju to be given Y category security.
The court ordered the CID officials not to shift the MP to jail until he recovers.On the other hand, AAG Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy alleged that YCP MP Raghuram Krishna Raju was misleading the court.
AAG alleged that as Raghuramas bail petition was dismissed by the High Court in the afternoon, Raghurama has started a new drama.Also, he said that he is in stable condition till his family members brought him lunch in the afternoon.
The Division Bench is likely to announce its decision on this soon.At the same time, the court made key remarks on CID officials.
The CID court questioned what was going on in the state and how police can beat a person in custody? The court directed that a medical committee be set up to look into the injuries of MP Raghurama.
