2 terrorists killed, five soldiers wounded in J&K shootout

Jammu 11 August : At at least two soldiers were killed and five injured on Thursday following an attack on an Army installation was thwarted in Jammu and Kashmirs Rajouri district."Two terrorists who attempted to get into the post in the darkness of Pargal Rajouri were detected and confronted by the alert troops.

The terrorists have been thwarted.Five soldiers also sustained injuries and are currently being treatedfor injuries," the Army said in a tweet.

Sources told reporters that the gunfight started after two terrorists heavily armed attempted to enter the camp of soldiers.As part of the conflict of fire, the two terrorists were killed.

The sources claimed that the firefight has been put to rest, however a search is in progress in the vicinity.zi.
