Mega Power star Ram Charan accepted to promote a good cause.Ram Charan agreed to support the global campaign of Earth Hour which is an initiative taken by the World Wild Fund for Nature (WWF) whereby the people in cities switch off the lights for an hour to save the electricity all over.
This will be observed on March 29, like every year, and the star who is face of this event from Hyderabad is none other than Charan.
As a part of Earth Hour campaign residents of various cities across the globe need to turn off their power (switch off lights, fans, TVs etc) voluntarily for an hour during the mentioned time.
This year Earth Hour is slated to happen on March 29 between 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Bigwigs like Sachin Tendulkar, Aamir Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Dhanush, Shruti Haasan promoted the campaign earlier and now our mega power star joined in the list.
