Rana to play a crucial role in Drushyam 2 ?

Drishyam 2, the film which won several accolades including National Award, is getting remade in Telugu.

  The movie is titled Drushyam 2,  in which Venkatesh Daggubati is playing the lead role.

Venky Mama fame Venkatesh is all set to reprise Mohanlal’s role from the original under the direction of Jeethu Joseph.Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, Baahubali fame Rana Daggubati has been roped in Venkatesh Daggubati starrer upcoming drama Drushyam 2 to play a crucial role.

The sources say that Rana Daggubati has been approached to reprise Murali Gopi’s role and he is expected to join the sets by the end of this month.An official announcement regarding the entire cast and crew of Drushyam 2 will be made soon.

It is known news that Rana Daggubati with Venkatesh Daggubati also attended the pooja ceremony of the film Drushyam 2 which was recently held in Hyderabad.The films first part featured Venkatesh Daggubati, Meena, and Nadhiya in the lead role, which was released in 2014.

The film was helmed by Supriya and it did well at the box office.  Drishyam 2 featured Murali Gopy, Ansiba Hassan, Meena, Esther Anil, Asha Sarath, and Siddique in supporting roles.
