First Look: Karthi To Be Seen As ‘Sardar’

Karthi who scored a huge blockbuster with Lokesh Kanagarajs Khaidi in both Telugu and Tamil, was last seen in Sulthan directed by Bhakkyaraj Kannan of Remo fame which was an average grosser at the box office in Tamil but flopped in Telugu.

Now he is all set to join hands with director PS Mithran of Irumbu Thirai and Hero fame for his next.

Now the latest update is that the film’s first look is out now and the project is titled as Sardar.The interesting news is that Karthi will be seen playing a dual role for the first time in his career in the film.

Raashi Khanna of Ayogya fame and Rajisha Vijayan of Asuran fame are playing the female lead roles while yesteryear Bollywood hero Chundey Pandey and Simran will be seen in pivotal roles.Karthi looks rugged in the first look with a beard and long hair with a serious look.

Lots of love.!,”.The film is produced on a grand scale by S.Lakshman Kumar under Prince Pictures banner while GV Prakash Kumar is the music director and the film is written by Roju and Bipin Ragu.George C Williams is the film’s cinematographer while K Kadhir is the art director and Ruben is the film’s editor.Keep watching this space for more updates!.
