It is learned that the Government Advocate General has informed the High Court in this regard.
The Advocate General asked the court to withdraw the bill after hearing in the High Court on the three capitals.
The AG disclosed the AP government’s decision in the case of the three capitals to the Tripartite Tribunal.
Chief Minister Jagan addressed the House on the issue.
Earlier, the bill was introduced by Finance Minister Buggana in the House.The decision taken for the establishment of 3 capitals .The reasons for this are explained at length.
Speaking later, Chief Minister Jagan said that the House would bring forward the Capital Decentralization Bill with better proposals.
He said the proposals would be aimed at developing all areas.
