The Lakhimpur Kheri Violence case has caused a stir across the country.However, four farmers were killed when Union Minister Ajay Mishra son’s car drove over them.
The Uttar Pradesh police have intensified their probe into the Lakhimpur Kheri incident.
Ashish Mishra, son of Union Minister Ajay Mishra, is known to have killed eight protesting farmers by trampling them with his vehicle.
Recently, police have arrested four others in connection with the case.Police arrested Sumit Jaiswal (BJP leader), Shishupal, Nandan Singh Bisht and Satya Prakash Tripathi.
These are said to be the aides of Ashish Mishra.
Police seized a licensed revolver and three bullets from Satyaprakash Tripathi.
On the 3rd of this month, Ashish Mishra’s vehicle crashed into farmers protesting on the side of the road against Union Minister Ajay Mishra’s program in Lakhimpur Kheri.
A total of eight people were killed in the ensuing riots, including the farmers.
The dead included four farmers, a journalist and three BJP activists.Ashish Mishra was arrested by the police on October 9.Currently, the police are intensifying a probe into this incident.
