Priya Prakash Varrier has become an internet sensation with the Malayalam song “Manikya Malaraya Poovi” from Omar Lulu’s film ‘Oru Adaar Love’.With the cute wink that she gives in response to her fellow student’s raised eyebrow, the young star has set many hearts racing.
Her girl next door image and her expressions in the video song has also earned her more than a million followers overnight.
But the failure of her debut film made her to slow down a bit.With no interesting offers in Malayalam, the wink girl is now concentrating in Tollywood and has signed back to back films in Telugu.She is currently acting as the second female lead in Nithiin and Chandrasekhar Yeleti’s ‘Check’ which is now in the last leg of its shooting.
According to the latest update, Priya will be pairing up with child artist-turned-actor Teja Sajja for an untitled project.Debutante Nagaraju will be directing this film which is the remake of the Malayalam hit ‘Ishq’.RB.Chowdary will be producing it under Super Good Films banner.More details about the project are awaited.Let us see if this wink girl succeeds in Tollywood or not.
