Telugu film industry is in deep grief with the demise of music composer Chakri.The 40-yr-old Chakri had passed away on Monday morning following a heart stroke.

Puri Jagannadh revealed the news on his facebook “Last night till 1 o’Clock he was in office and before going home his last dialogue to his office boy “Enduko Jagan Annayya ni ippudu chudalani undi ra “I really missed my brother, Feeling sad We both started our career at the same time He has done great work n gave me fantastic music Love you CHAKRI”.
He was having high respect on director and the reason being, his career started and took off due to Puri.Chakri’s career started along with Puri Jagannadh, Ravi Teja and all grew at the same time in the industry.
Although Chakri signed various projects, he shot to fame with Puri Jagannadh films in the beginning days of his career.They delivered blockbusters like Itlu Sravani Subramaniayam, Idiot, Amma Nanna O Tamilammai, Sivamani, Andhrawala, 143,Deshamuduru and Nenithe.
Puri Jagan’s ‘Golimaar’ was the last flick to sing the tunes of melody master Chakri’s music way back in 2010.
To show his respect on the director Chakri named his house as PuJa Kuteer where Pu represents Puri and Ja stands for Jagannath.
