TDP is the only one party in the state that is uncertain about its stand on Telangana.Although, it gave consent letter for division of the state, it is now raising banner against Centre, condemning the way it is dividing the state without honoring the views of the people.
Chandrababu Naidu speaking to media has said “We will not support the T-Bill if it fails justify both regions in full.We demand the Centre that it should and must have the consent of state Assembly for dividing the state.
Amending of Article 371 (D) and (I) is also a must for passing the bill in Parliament.If, the Centre violates any of the constitutional procedures, we are going to fight it out both in Assembly and Parliament.”
