With the mammoth growth in technology now a days anyone can easily have access the English movies.But back in 80s and 90s it was quite hard to catch English movies from outside of theatres.
Moreover Watching English films was treated as crime and especially if the gender is female.Luckily for women, the mindset of people has changed over the years and now catching up a Hollywood flick isn’t a big deal.
Veteran actress Tabu revealed about funny incident when she watched English movies in theater at that time.In a candid interview the Hyderabad girl said that she is an ardent fan of James Bond, Mackennas Gold and Ten Commandments films.
By recalling her old days tabu said ‘’ Watching an English film in theatres is nothing short of a crime at that time.I went to Blue Lagoon movie with some of my lady friends and people started to look weirdly at us.Guys used to stare at us and whistle when an adult scene appears in the screen .To counter them, we also used to repeat the same’’ Tabu appeared in many superhit films like Coolie No 1,Ninne Pelladutha and Aavdia Maa Aavide with Nagarjuna and enthralled audience with her performance.Now she purely concentrated on Bolywood.She will be next seen in Vishal Baradwaj Haider where she plays step mom role of Shahid Kapoor.
The characters of Shahid and Tabu will be having a very complex sexual relationship in the film.
