Actor-producer Vishal who was last seen in the film ‘Action’ is now coming up with his next action thriller titled ‘Chakra’.The film has Shraddha Srinath and Regina Cassandra as the female leads of the film while the cast also includes Srushti Dange, Robo Shankar, Manobala, KR.Vijaya among others in major supporting roles.
Recently we have reported that the film’s release was halted as the Madras High Court has ordered an interim injunction in a case filed by a filmmaker seeking a ban on the release of the film ‘Chakra’ starring Vishal in the lead and sent notices to Vishal and director MS Anandan.
It was said that Vishal allegedly hasn’t paid the loss incurred by his previous film ‘Action’ as he had promised the producer.Now, the latest report is that Vishal has found a smooth solution for the release of ‘Chakra’.
Accordingly, he is going to compromise with ‘Action’ producer Trident Arts Ravindran, to clear the obstacles for the release of ‘Chakra’.
News is that the Madras High Court has uplifted the ban on the film’s release and all decks have been cleared.
The film is now all set for a grand release tomorrow.The court has also asked Vishal to file the box office report of ‘Chakra’ till March 5th on March 10th.‘Chakra’ will have a wide release in theatres across India and it will have a dubbed release in Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
This film marks the directorial debut of MS.Anandan and is produced by Vishal himself under his Vishal Film Factory banner.The film is centered around Vishal, who plays an army officer out on a mission to find out the person who has stolen his father’s Ashok Chakra medal.
