Yesterday on the occasion of Sankranthi, the makers of the upcoming much-hyped movie ‘Vakeel Saab’, unveiled the teaser.Directed by Sriram Venu, the courtroom drama ‘Vakeel Saab’ is a Telugu remake of 2016’s ‘Pink’ in which Taapsee Pannu, Amitabh Bachchan aka Big B played the lead roles.‘Vakeel Saab’ is a film that talks about women and discusses their empowerment and rights where Pawan Kalyan will be essaying the role of Amitabh in the original.On January 14th at 6:03 PM, the 1 minute- 1-second teaser has more than enough for any die-hard Pawan Kalyan fan. In the film, Pawan Kalyan is seen performing the action sequences in a lawyer’s attire which is a stylish mass treat.He flexes his muscles and takes on goons.
The dialogues in the teaser are crisp and powerful.Pawan enthralls fans with his witty one-liners: “Court Lo Vadinchadam Telusu…Coat Teesi Kottadam Telusu,” utters.(I know to argue in the court as well as to remove my coat and beating you).However, critiques say that the film will be revolving around how the word ‘No’ is important and the characters played by Nivetha Thomas, Anjali, and Ananya are very important to the story.
But, they are not at all seen in the trailer, except in one shot in the background while the hero fights the goons.
Shruti Hassan is going to play the female lead in this movie and the film is going to mark the third outing of Pawan Kalyan and Shruti Hassan after ‘Gabbar Singh’ and ‘Katamarayudu’.
Dil Raju in association with Boney Kapoor is bankrolling this project.SS.Thaman is composing tunes while PS.Vinod is cranking the camera for this film which is Pawan Kalyan’s 26th film.Keeping the high expectations of Pawan’s fans who have been waiting with bated breath to see him after a long gap.If all goes well, producer Dil Raju is aiming for an April release.
