New York, November 20, : , The US Food and Drug Administration has approved boosters of BioNTech and Pfizer vaccines to all adults. An agency has expanded the emergency authorization to use booster doses of the mRNA vaccines.
This was in addition to those who were previously eligible.Boosters had been approved for any person 65 and over who had received the Moderna or Pfizer vaccines at least six month ago, and certain individuals at risk for serious infection.

The vaccine manufacturers’ request for wide authorization comes as a rising number of states offer boosters to all adults.This goes beyond current guidance by the CDC, which recommends limiting eligibility to certain groups.
