According to an ancient story, there were three brothers in Kanipaka village in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh.One of them was dumb, one was deaf, and one was blind.

It is against this background that a stone falls to their property in the course of digging this well.However, due to the bleeding from the stone, they dug deeper and Ganesha emerged from the well.
