Union Tourism and Culture Minister G Kishan Reddy lauded the services of the Telangana police department.Recently, he inaugurated the new building of Kachiguda Police Station.
Ministers Mahmood Ali, Talsani Srinivas Yadav, Kachiguda MLA Kaleru Venkatesh, MLC Surabhivani Devi, Deputy Mayor Mothe Srilatha, Commissioner of Police, Police housing corporation Chairman Koleti Damodar, DGP Mahender Reddy, City Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar, East Zone DCP Ramesh Reddy, Additional DCPs Muralidhar and Anil Kumar along with Union Minister Kishan Reddy inaugurated the new building of Kachiguda police station.
On this occasion, Union Minister Kishan Reddy said that people must be aware of the cybercrimes that are currently challenging the country.
Also, he said that the police are promoting awareness programs among the citizens to curb cybercrimes.
Also, he said the central government had modernized the police system across the country at Rs 67,000 crore.
Telangana state Home Minister Mahmood Ali said that after the emergence of Telangana as a separate state, modernized vehicles were provided to the police department at Rs 700 crore.He said that the Telangana police stands as an ideal for the country in maintaining peace and security in the state.
