Chennai 7 August : Producer, actor and politician Udhayanidhi Stalin on Sunday admitted that he had skipped school for a night of Aamir Khan’s movies. Participating in a press conference held by the crew of director Advait Chandan’s “Lal Singh Chaddha’, featuring Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor in the lead roles, Udhayanidhi Stalin who’s Red Giant Films is releasing the film in Tamil Nadu, said with laughter: “I’ve bunked school because of you.To see “Rangeela,”.”
The actor also admitted that he was watching back-to-back TV shows and then added: “Of course, Urmila was another reason!” and sparked laughter from the audience.
In a conversation with Aamir Khan, he said: “A huge fan of your films sir, I couldn’t think I’d make a film of yours or collaborate with your.”
Addressing the crowd, Udhayanidhi said, “We are publishing many of films via Red Giant Movies.Every two weeks, almost we release the film.I therefore wanted to make sure we don’t release any additional films.
“I didn’t have any plans to make this film available.However when Aamir Khan sir himself appeared on a video conference and asked me if I would like to publish his movie via Red Giant Movies, I immediately said “yes”.
I had not even watched the film at the time.
“Sir was able to arrange for me to see the film.I have watched the film.It’s amazing.A truly world top film.Aamir Khan has proven time and time that he is one of the top film makers, not just in Indian cinema, but in world cinema too.”
The producer from Ace also stated: “We are talking about pan India just right now.Aamir Khan sir was an iconic pan Indian star for 25 to 30 years.It is a great honor to have the privilege of working with Sir.”
