It is known news that Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar has made some serious statements on Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao terming him as anti-national.
The next day, TRS leaders have come in support and condemned his statement.They went further and reported a complaint in State Election Commission to arrest him and expel from GHMC campaign.
They say Bandi Sanjay’s comments that state CM KCR as anti-national and anti-Hindu are deliberate to defame CM KCR.The TRS leaders, General Secretary and MLC Palla Rajeshwar Reddy and General Secretary Soma Bharat Kumar submitted a formal complaint to the State Election Commission regarding this and urged to arrest Sanjay and bar him from GHMC campaigns.
Submitting the video evidence, the TRS leaders said Sanjay Kumar is campaigning the elections keeping the religion in front.The leaders have also asked SEC to consider Sanjay’s comments that quoted TRS and MIM candidates as inheritors of Osama Bin laden, Afzal Guru, Aurangzeb, Babar and Akbar.
They say it is a corrupt practise under section 123 (3) of the Representation of Peoples Act 1951.
